UDAF Society Research Ethics Principles

These principles guide future research involving people. UDAF Society does not claim to have an existing ethics committee. Project-specific review mechanisms will be developed or used where required.

• Informed participation and consent where applicable
• Privacy and data minimization
• Anonymization where appropriate
• Clear explanation of how survey or interview responses will be used
• Special care with vulnerable groups
• No identifiable responses published without permission
• Appropriate ethical review where required by law, project or institution

Contributed data

Before publishing contributed data, establish the source, rights or permission, methodology, anonymization, completeness, quality and permitted public use. Do not submit identifiable personal registers through public forms.

UDAF Society does not seek to confirm a predetermined political position. We ask which solutions work, under what conditions, at what cost and with what side effects. Correlation is not automatically causation; a policy preference is not a factual finding.

Please share public links or a description of the data, not identifiable personal registers. Survey and interview projects require a separate process for informed participation and responsible use of responses.
